I found Northstar Construction online after I had a bad experience with another restoration company and I hit the jackpot. From the first call Northstar was professional, courteous and helpful. I spoke with Peter who owns the company and from the start I knew I would have a great experience. Carl Pride who over saw my job is extremly responsive, knowledgeable and kept me in the know from beginning to end. His customer service skills are by far the best I have experienced when dealing with contractors and companies. When it was time for my house to be restored I met Bobby Hill who not only did an amazing job on my house but did it with perfection in mind. His skills are the best I've ever seen. He reminds me of how houses used to be built. Bobby fixed the side of my house so perfect you cannot even tell a car crashed through it. At the end of my job these gentlemen became my friends and I am proud to recommend Northstar Construction. Carl and Bobby I cannot thank you enough for turning a bad situation into a positive.

Northstar Construction provided exceptional service! We had a leak that escalated into a significant issue, and Northstar came to our rescue. Initially, we met Carl, who was excellent to interact with—courteous and well-informed. He guided us through the entire process and swiftly initiated the work and made us feel comfortable with the process. Our project entailed repainting all cabinets, replacing Sheetrock, refurbishing hardwood floors, and more. Peter, the owner, was outstanding from the start. He was highly responsive and fully open to incorporating any changes we requested, demonstrating a strong customer-first approach. His team was punctual and professional, particularly Javier and Brandon, who were both hardworking and competent. While complications inevitably arose, Peter was always prepared to adapt and ensure our satisfaction.
